A Bit Of History

I Live in Winsford in Cheshire, and  I have been obsessed with old engines since the age of around 13. My first engine was a trusty old Lister D 2Hp which my father and I purchased from the Malpas Yesteryear Rally Auction in approximately  1990. It was loaded into the boot of the car, where it promptly regurgitated old black oil all over the inside of the boot (smelled great ) and then taken home and soon brought back to life. 

Since then the passion for old engines has come and gone till now some 15 years later I find myself concentrating more and more on restoring and collecting old  engines. My father and I currently have around 20 engines which can all be found with details and pictures under the "OUR ENGINES" tab in the left plain, Also I have included some content on various bit and bobs that I hope you find interesting.
